You’ve figured out your main menu and dessert, but what about late night food for your guests? After hours of dancing and celebrating into the night, your guests will be ravenous. Your guests will need to refuel and re-energize to keep dancing the night away. Late night food stations are always a fantastic idea.
French Fries
Nothing hits the spot then late night salty French Fries. Guests of all ages will appreciate this. Serve in cones and provide toppings such as gravy, cheese sauce, truffle sprinkles, or barbecue sauce.
Pizza Slices
After hours of dancing and cocktails, your guests will love a pizza station. They can be full size pizzas that allow guests to pick and choose how many slices or have mini pizzas available for guests to take back to their table or late night snack on their way home.
Sliders
These bite sized burgers are an option for your guests. Have them pre-made or a create your own sliders station for guests to combine all their favourite toppings to their refuelling snack.
Milk and Cookies
Comforting and great for guests of all ages is a late night glass of milk and cookies. A milk and cookie late night station would allow guests to keep dancing and coming back for more cookies! Yum.
Ice cream sandwiches
What a better way than to cool off and bring down the heat of partying on your big day than ice cream sandwiches. A sweet treat for you and your guests. They are easy and handheld so everyone can keep partying the night away.
Popcorn
My ultimate favourite. A tasty treat that can be in a to go goodie bag or party favour is popcorn! Classic buttery popcorn or pick your own flavours ahead of time that your guests will love! An easy late night snack. For easy to go bags to take home, you can buy pre-made flavoured popcorn from companies such as YOW Popcorn Co. and guests that are leaving early can snag one on their way out.
Whatever you decide to serve as a late night snack to your guests they will surely appreciate you for thinking of them!
