Anastacia & Jacoby – Tented Springtime Farm Wedding
I worked with Anastacia and Jacoby to make multiple of their wedding celebrations happen so this one’s a special one for me! Their wedding part 1 was almost entirely changed by COVID as literally JUST before their farm wedding was to happen, the government placed major restrictions and knocked them down to 10 people + ceremony only. Keep in mind it was 10 people including the bride & groom, the officiant Jean Duval, and me. So I was really excited for them when they were able to host wedding part 2 the following year!
To recapture the day they officially got married, A + J asked their photographer Cori to accompany them to the park where their original ceremony was held and then the forest where they took trail photos.
The First Look
Cue the cuteness! Dad was full of love when he saw his daughter in her wedding dress.
The weather was gorgeous on that spring day and they were able to host their I Do, Take Two outdoors. In the tent and for the wedding party outfits, they incorporated a navy blue to contrast with the white and green florals. The faux floral arch pieces made by Plenty of Pretty were repurposed to lay at the head table after the ceremony!
Paw Friends
If you’re thinking about including your furry pals at a farm wedding or outdoor wedding space, absolutely do. They may not be able to walk all the way down the aisle but including them in a few photos after the ceremony is a lovely idea!
The Tented Reception at the Farm
I mean…how cute is that cake cutting (read: cake feeding) photo above? To wrap up the night, feel free to peruse the photos of the first dance, the shoe game and their family participating in a celebratory Ukrainian dance. Cheers!
